GRCSAC.

A studio, not a single practice

Tools for how people lead, move, and build.

GRCSAC began as a leadership practice. It has grown into a small studio building products and practices that all circle the same idea: helping people become more capable, and kinder about it.

Founded by Paul Zarou · leadership coach and author of six books.

What we’re building

One thread runs through all of it.

Every one of these started the same way: watching people try to get better at something hard, and asking what would actually help.

Coaching does it in a room. In The Zone does it on a run, turning effort into a colour you can read at a glance. PavLove does it in the half-second before a hand reaches for a snack. Findr does it through taste, pointing you toward what you’d actually love and the people who love it too. Earnest does it in dating, where keeping your word counts for more than anything you could put in a profile. Fit This does it in the gym, coaching when you want it and getting out of the way when you don’t. Otog is still taking shape. The craft is the same — take something people find daunting, and make the honest, humane version of it.

Some of it we build alone. Some of it we build with partners who care about the same things. Either way it goes out under one name: a GRCSAC collaboration.
